Challan of ‘without helmet’ can be cut even when wearing a helmet, this rule will surprise you

If you have a cheaper helmet, replace today. Because without the ISI holmark fitted helmet, the police will impose the same fine as the one without the helmet.

Such challan have been made in the New Delhi area. After the amended Motor Vehicle Act comes into force from September 1, where heavy penalty is being charged from those who break traffic rules.

At the same time, sales of helmets being sold on the roadside in Delhi have also increased. The hat helmet is available for around Rs 100 to 200.

Most of the people are giving this preference, while the traffic police believe that the cheap helmet vehicle does not protect the riders completely. It does not even bear the ISI’s Holmark. Many people have also been found, whose helmet has a fake Holmark behind it. The police are not only challaning them for a thousand rupees, but are also giving instructions to keep a strong helmet in future. The strong helmet with ISI holmark starts at Rs 400.

Scooty or bike riding women are often seen wearing weak and short helmets. Police believe that these helmets cannot cover their entire heads. The purpose behind wearing a helmet is to protect the head when a road accident occurs. Strong helmets should be worn, whether female or male. Many times a road accident leads to a clot in the head, due to which there is a risk of brain haemorrhage etc.
